ASL Match Information
When are regular matches held?
Regular matches are held the 2nd Saturday of every month.
What are the Match Fees?
CFRPC Members - $10
Women/Juniors - $5
Non-members - $15
Women/Juniors - $10
What time does the match begin?
Set up time - 8:00 AM day of the match, be there or be square!
Registration - 9:00 AM
Match begins - After set-up and registration
How long does the match usually last?
Matches last about 3 hours. At the conclusion of the match, you'll help break down your last stage. All the steel, stands and 2x4's will be stored on the "trailer".
What is the average round count (how much ammo do I need)?
You will need approximately 100 rounds.
What are the rules?
Safety regulations will be based on the most current USPSA Rulebook.
No handling of gun at car, use the safe tables.
It is not a DQ for shooting a steel that is closer than 8 yards, just a penalty.
No part of the competitor’s feet may touch the ground outside of the shooting box to be considered
“inside the shooting box.”
What are the Divisons?
(USPSA)Open – Limited – Limited 10 – Production – Single Stack – Revolver (IDPA) SSP – ESP
No minimum power factor.
How is it scored?
Scores will be posted here - http://sports.groups.yahoo.com/group/cfuspsa/
Time plus penalties = total time.
Miss = 3 second
Penalties = 3 seconds
Misses & penalties are scored by the RO & scorekeeper(visual and audible), any doubt goes to the shooter.
DNF = 100 second penalty per stage
No painting between shooters. Paint the steel once, before your squad shoots the stage.
No need to pick up steel because it does not fall.
